Massage
-
Lomi Lomi
A joyful flow that encourages deep relaxation, achieved by connecting the body through long glides that sweep from head to toe.
-
Thai Yoga Massage
Slow assisted stretching that allows for deep release and calm. The ability to relax as the body is moved by outside forces is sharpened here — not recommended for those with no prior bodywork experience.
-
Biodynamic Cranio‑Sacral
A gentle touch applied to the cranial sacral system — skull, spine, sacrum, and cerebral fluid. A trained practitioner can assess and support the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, which is essential to the health of every other part of the body.
-
Tuina Acupressure
Pressure applied along the meridians to encourage life force energy — blood, lymph, chi, and electricity — to flow in its proper direction and nourish the corresponding organ systems.
-
Chi Nei Tsang
In western massage the abdomen is rarely touched. In many other traditions it is known as the most powerful place to work. Held within the abdomen are vital organs and a complex network of nerves and lymphatics. Massaging this area encourages toxic release and the absorption of nutrients.
-
Myofascial Release
A slow, deliberate, friction-based massage that allows breath and presence to melt years of stored tension. The majority of this work is done without oil.
-
Hydration Massage
We begin with slow fascial release, followed by a warm herbal tea gel applied to the skin to physically nourish and hydrate the fascia.
Spinal Flow
Spinal Flow is a gentle method that awakens the body's innate healing wisdom — the same wisdom that heals a cut finger. By contacting access points along the spine, we engage the parasympathetic nervous system.
Our spine and brain are the master control system of the body. Throughout our lives we experience physical, emotional, and chemical stress, and these create blockages in the nervous system. Spinal Flow increases life force energy, which awakens the body's natural healing ability and allows those blockages to release.
With a spine free of blockages, every system in the body communicates clearly with every other — allowing clear connection with ourselves, our loved ones, and the world around us.
Forrest Flow & Ocean Flow
A 30‑minute Spinal Flow session with a 90‑minute massage — two hours of outdoor attunement inside a portable gazebo. Miryam can choose the location, or you can pick your favorite spot in nature.
- Fresh air.
- Her feet, as your therapist, are grounded — providing optimal electrical energy through her hands.
- With Thai massage, you are grounded into the earth's magnetic field as well.
- Reconnection of your entire being with the planet, allowing your nervous system to synchronize with the Earth's rhythms.
Beach Flow — Group Session
Miryam hand-crafts beds into the sand on the beach. This experience joins the wonderful power of Spinal Flow with the power of the earth's magnetic field and the symphony of ocean waves.
An opportunity to reprogram your nervous systems as a community — whether friends or family.
